Weekly Current Events
Each week, students will be required
outside of class to read, watch, or listen to current events
that occur in our world. On Mondays of each week, students
will turn in 5 summaries related to current issues from the
previous week. The 5 summaries should be divided into the
following categories.
(2) - World events
(1) - National event
(1) - State/Local event
(1) - Free Choice event
This will be an expectation for
the rest of the year and becomes a weekly assignment. Students
are welcome to use the Current
Event Summary form available for download. Please call
(436-1220) or email me
if you have specific questions about the assignment.
